1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

• Data you give us — when you submit a request for quotation or an engineering enquiry, we receive the name, company, work email, country, product category and message you provide, together with any file you attach (for example a parts list).
• Data collected automatically — our web server records standard access logs (IP address, requested pages, browser type, timestamps), and we use Google Tag Manager to run analytics tags that measure how the website is used. Details of the cookies involved are in our cookie policy →

3. Why we process it

• Responding to your request — we use the data you submit to prepare quotations, answer enquiries and follow up on them. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Business correspondence — keeping a record of requests and offers we have exchanged. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships (art. 6(1)(f)).
• Website analytics and security — understanding site usage and protecting the website against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest, and consent where required for analytics cookies.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our engineering and sales team through our email hosting provider. The website is hosted on our own server infrastructure. Analytics data is processed through Google Tag Manager and the analytics services configured in it; Google may process such data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under its own safeguards.

We may also share data where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not share your data with other third parties for their marketing.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry and RFQ correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship and to the retention periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law. Server logs are rotated automatically after short periods. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics tools in use.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the right to:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain circumstances, have data erased or its processing restricted;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive the data you provided in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
• lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK); in the EU/EEA, your national data protection authority.

7. Data security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to submitted data is limited to the staff who handle your request.
